From the moment you call our office you will be assigned your own personal dental concierge who will guide you through the entire process and answer any questions you may have.
Meet Our Staff
Laurie is our hygienist. She works with our patients to ensure their continued dental care. Regular cleanings are a staple to prolonging your healthy, attractive smile and overall oral health. Laurie will work with you on creating an at home oral heath care regime and give you a gentle in office cleaning experience. Laurie graduated from the Hygiene program at Century College in 2006. Laurie enjoys stamping, scrap booking and camping with her husband and two children.
Steph is one of our dental assistants. She was hired by Dr. Wilhelm shortly before her graduation from the Dental Assisting program at Century College in 2003. In August of 2005 Steph and her husband moved to Winona, Minnesota where she gained dental experience in orthodontics until January of 2007, when she moved back to Wisconsin and returned to working side by side with Dr. Wilhelm. Steph has been married for over five years. They plan on having children some day soon, but until then they enjoy their cat and dog.
Heather Thompson is one of our dental assistants. She works closely with our dental labs to ensure your new smile is both functional and beautiful. Like all of our staff, Heather works to insure your comfort and satisfaction. Heather graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Century College in 2008. Living in Star Prairie, Wisconsin, Heather enjoys playing softball in her spare time.
Cindy is our New Patient Coordinator and a registered dental assistant. Cindy will work closely with you and Dr. Wilhelm to create a personalized treatment plan that will give you the smile you’ve always imagined. Cindy’s experience as a dental assistant makes her an excellent source to help explain various treatment options. Cindy graduated from the Dental Assistant program at Dakota County Tech in 1997. Cindy enjoys reading, bowling, walking and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
Stephanie is our administrative and billing assistant. Stephanie has been in customer service for over seven years and will be there to welcome you to your appointment or when you call us on the phone. She will work with you on scheduling appointments and handling any billing or insurance tasks. Stephanie has been with Dr. Wilhelm since 2008. Stephanie enjoys downhill skiing, camping, photography and traveling with her husband.
