Steph - Dental Assistant

She was hired by Dr. Wilhelm shortly before graduating from the dental assisting program at Century College in 2003. In addition to working at Dr. Wilhelm's side, she is our new client coordinator and will be your personal concierge, following treatment from explanation to completion. Steph enjoys working out and anything fitness related! She takes her health seriously and is very active within the office promoting healthy eating. Steph is here to help you any time you see Dr. Wilhelm for a visit.

Chris - Front desk coordinator

Chris is one of our front desk coordinators/patient advocates. Chris has decades of customer service experience and enjoys being of assistance to others. She always has a warm welcome and smile when you come in or call. Chris and her husband, Rob , have 3 sons and live on a small hobby farm. They enjoy raising beef and chickens. They also have horses, mini donkeys, peacocks, guinea fowl, goats, cats, and dogs. Chris enjoys crafting, nature, camping, hiking, kayaking, and most of all - her 5 grandchildren.

Chris is one of our front desk coordinators/patient advocates. Chris has decades of customer service experience and enjoys being of assistance to others. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them overcome their fears of various procedures. Anna grew up in Minnesota and has adult children. During her spare time, Anna spends time at the lake with her family while enjoying boating, fishing, and swimming. When she is in town she likes to hang out with friends and sing karaoke.

Expectations exceeded. I haven't had much luck in this field but I was treated very well here. The appointment was set up within a week! They took me in a little early. Dr. Wilhelms assistant was fabulous, she was not only nice but genuine! Budget was an important aspect of my service needs and I was given many options and found a reasonable solution. They went on to take the impressions for the next step without first making me schedule a new appointment . They showed me costs upfront and total cost, (no hidden side service, xray, taxes, etc.) I highly reccomend this establishment every step of the way.

I totally enjoyed coming in and being greeted right away with "Hi Cindi" How are you today? Would you like coffee or water? The staff are Amazing! The atmosphere is very welcoming and I LOVE the Music! Dr. Wilhelm is totally REMARKABLE!! He spent so much of his time making the fitting of the plate with my teeth every week that I came in. Making sure that everything is lining up the way it should be. I REALLY LOVE MY SMILE and every bit of what Dr. Wilhelm paid off. FINALLY!! I totally would recommend my family and friends to go and see him. He is very reasonable and worth it!!

I can't say enough about my great experience with the entire staff. I had previous implants and dentures started by someone else and was very dissatisfied with the results so far. Dr. Mark and Steph were great to work with and so nice and patient with me! Dr. Mark immediately saw what the problems were before I even explained what I felt was wrong. Over the next several months, he worked with me to find the perfect placement and look. He even brought in an outside speech therapist for a consultation for me. I am completely satisfied and grateful for his time and expertise. My only regret is that I didn't go see him in the first place!
