Same-day placement of restorations means that there is no waiting and no walking around without a full smile to show. The same day you come in for your tooth extractions, you will leave with a brand-new smile. That means you won’t have to recover twice from two separate procedures.

Receiving Your Same-Day Smile

Your journey to a better smile will include these two steps:

Your Consultation

You will begin the process with an exam and consultation with Dr. Wilhelm. We’ll take X-rays so that we can get an idea of the current state of your teeth and jawbone and evaluate the areas that need help. From there, you will sit down with Dr. Wilhelm to discuss the course of treatment that is best for you. We will go over whether you need to have any teeth removed. If your teeth are already gone, Dr. Wilhelm will evaluate your bone structure to make sure that you have enough bone mass to support dental implants. If you do, Dr. Wilhelm will take dental impressions to assist in creating your custom dental restoration. Then, you will schedule the appointment to come in and get your new smile.

Your Painless Procedure

Your new smile is now only an office visit away. When you come into the office, you will first receive a local anesthetic to make sure you don’t feel any pain during the procedure. Some of our patients request dental sedation for an extra level of comfort.

If you have damaged teeth that need replacing, we will start with a tooth extraction. Then, Dr. Wilhelm will gently place the implants into your jawline to support your custom restoration. He will secure the restoration right after the implants are placed, and your smile will be brand new in a single visit.

Expectations exceeded. I haven't had much luck in this field but I was treated very well here. The appointment was set up within a week! They took me in a little early. Dr. Wilhelms assistant was fabulous, she was not only nice but genuine! Budget was an important aspect of my service needs and I was given many options and found a reasonable solution. They went on to take the impressions for the next step without first making me schedule a new appointment . They showed me costs upfront and total cost, (no hidden side service, xray, taxes, etc.) I highly reccomend this establishment every step of the way.

I totally enjoyed coming in and being greeted right away with "Hi Cindi" How are you today? Would you like coffee or water? The staff are Amazing! The atmosphere is very welcoming and I LOVE the Music! Dr. Wilhelm is totally REMARKABLE!! He spent so much of his time making the fitting of the plate with my teeth every week that I came in. I can't say enough about my great experience with the entire staff. I had previous implants and dentures started by someone else and was very dissatisfied with the results so far. Dr. Mark and Steph were great to work with and so nice and patient with me! Dr. Mark immediately saw what the problems were before I even explained what I felt was wrong. Over the next several months, he worked with me to find the perfect placement and look. He even brought in an outside speech therapist for a consultation for me.
